Convenient location in centre of Bensheirn, handy to autoroute. Chic contemporary decor might not be to everyone's taste but I liked it, and if they manage to keep it the hotel could become an architectural classic. Warm welcome from single receptionist, who was able to check us in early. Quiet. Plenty of space in room. Good pizza place across the road. Staff at breakfast gave warm welcome. Breakfast not the best which we have had in Germany but acceptable.
Carpet for reception area has not been cleaned when we arrived on Sunday. Perhaps there was a party the previous Saturday night. Bread at breakfast could have been better. Internal restaurant was being redecorated.

The staff at reception were friendly.
Unfortunetely yes. The breakfast was badly organised. The 3 days that I stayed there I went for breakfast at different times and all of them showed confusion, lack of staff helping and guiding the guests. The tables were either full or not clean up to receive the next guests. On the last day I eventually left with no breakfast.

Close to the city center and has air conditioned rooms. Sort of air conditioned, because you don't have control of it, but it worked for us, in the evening the rooms were cold and outside it was hot (34 C).
The only thing that was annoying, was the noise made by trains during the night. But, with the windows closed it is quiet enough to sleep (if you are tired :) ).

Space in the room and bathroom was ample.
Guest special requests are followed up by mail, if they cannot be met. Especially if they book weeks in advance.

Staff was good, breakfast was good. In general answered what we needed - a hotel for an overnight while traveling long distance.
Connecting rooms are not avilable which is a discomfort for a family. Keys are really wierd and annoying
